Crafted by hand, we have a variety of fragrances (Hot Apple Pie, Pumpkin Souffle, Apple & Maple Bourbon, & Smoke-Black Tie) Soy Wax Melts. Our soy wax melts are hand poured into a 2.4 ounce plastic clamp shells container.
Instructions:
Remove from package and place wax melts in warmer. Use a unscented tealight in the warmer or an electrical warmer. Do not move warmer while in use. Do not add water and Do not eat. Do not burn more than 2.5 hours at a time.

Return and Cancellation Process

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
**If the item is customized there are no returns.**
**Non-Customized Items: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
**No refunds for customized items.**
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation:
**Non-Customized items: In order to receive a full refund cancellation must be made 24 hours after your order has been placed. Cancellation made after 24 hours will result in a 40% restocking fee.
**Customized items: In order to receive a full refund cancellation must be made within 24 hours after your order has been placed. If the materials have been ordered within that 24 hour period a partial refund will be given.
**If a customized bulk order is placed for an event and a pandemic breaks out, your order will be placed on hold for an extended period of time. If materials were not purchased for that bulk order a refund will be given.
